1. Membership limited to persons between the ages of 21 and 39 years. The membership is a non-proprietary membership with the member having no rights to vote, hold office, propose new members, or have an equity value. The membership provides use of the club facilities for the member, the member’s spouse, and the member’s children under age 21 and living at home or under 23 and a full time student at an educational institution.

2. The initiation fee is determined by the applicant’s age at the time of approval for membership. The YBP pays monthly dues at 75% of the regular membership dues for the first five (5) years and monthly dues at 100% of the regular membership dues for the second five (5) years, a monthly range fee, and a clubhouse minimum (quarterly) of 75% of the regular membership requirement for the first five (5) years and a clubhouse minimum (quarterly) of 100% of the regular membership requirement for the second five (5) years. 3. Conversion to Regular Membership.  A YBP may convert to a Regular Membership any time after one (1) year of YBP membership in good standing or within thirty (30) days of the effective date of a change in the initiation fee for Regular Memberships. (YBP members will be notified in writing of any initiation fee changes. In the event of an increase in the initiation fee for Regular Membership, the YBP member will have thirty days to convert at the initiation fee in effect prior to the increase). A conversion fee will be due and payable from the YBP member upon conversion.

The YBP Membership privileges will terminate on the first day of the month following the month after ten (10) years of membership or on the first day of the month following the month in which he attains the age of forty. The YBP member may continue his affiliation by converting to a proprietary membership effective the first day of the month after ten (10) years of membership or on the first day of the month following the date in which he attains the age of forty or elects to convert. When converting to a proprietary membership, the YBP will make a conversion payment equal to the initiation fee for Regular Membership less the initiation fee paid when the YBP Membership was attained. If the YBP member wishes to convert using the Installment Payment Plan (IPP), then the payment due at the time of conversion will be equal to one half of the Regular Membership initiation fee less the initiation fee paid when the YBP Membership was attained. The remainder of the initiation fee will be paid in two equal installments, consecutively on the first and second anniversary of the month of conversion.
